Dr. De La Rosa is a graduate of Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, NY. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency, Cardiology Fellowship and Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, and then went on to practice as an Interventional Cardiologist in Miami, Florida where he was on the staff of University of Miami Hospital, Jackson Hospital System, South Miami Hospital, Mercy Hospital of Miami, and Palmetto General Hospital.

Dr. De La Rosa is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Interventional Cardiology. He is also a member of the American College of Cardiology, the American College of Physicians, and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions.
Dr. De La Rosa relocated to Naples in 2014 and is currently on the staff of NCH and Physicians Regional Hospital.
